Account information: Name and email address provided through Google OAuth authentication.
Usage data: Generation prompts, project configurations, and feature usage for service improvement.
Generated assets: Sprites, animations, and other assets you create are stored on our servers so you can access them from any device.
Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store your credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the Sprixen service
To process your subscription and payments
To improve our AI generation quality and service
To send important service updates (no marketing spam)

3. Your Generated Assets

All sprites and game assets you generate with Sprixen are yours. We do not:

Use your generated assets to train AI models
Share your assets with third parties
Claim any ownership or rights over your creations
Display your assets publicly without your permission

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication (HttpOnly session cookies), and access controls to protect your data.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Google OAuth: For authentication
Google Gemini:For AI image generation (prompts are sent to Google's API)
Stripe: For payment processing
Vercel: For hosting

6. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, we remove your personal information, projects, and generated assets within 30 days.
