Can I use these effects in Foundry VTT?
Upload the transparent WebM as a video tile, or try the Sprixen Foundry module beta to place it on selected tokens, targets or the scene center. The beta targets Foundry 13-14 and still needs real-world compatibility verification. Automatic combat integration is not included.
Do the videos have transparent backgrounds?
Yes. The WebM uses VP9 with an alpha channel. The PNG spritesheet is transparent too. MP4 is not included because it would lose the transparency needed for overlays.
Can I try it before spending credits?
Catalogue previews and manual controls are free. A catalogue export costs 2 credits. Creating original artwork from your description costs 6 credits and includes the export pack. Both include transparent WebM, a PNG spritesheet, a preview image, animation metadata and setup instructions.
What can I customize?
Choose from 36 effects across fire, ice, water, storms, nature, dark magic and combat. Adjust colors, intensity, particles, resolution and duration. You can also describe the effect you have in mind for AI-assisted setup.
Can I use the spritesheets in a game?
Yes. The pack includes frame dimensions, frame count and playback metadata. Catalogue effects use 24 FPS. AI-created impacts have eight original frames at 8 FPS for a one-second animation. Import the PNG as an animation grid using the included metadata.
Can I create a completely new effect with AI?
Yes. Describe a spell impact, summon or finishing blow in Create with AI. Sprixen generates original artwork, removes the background and checks the result before exporting. AI effects are one-second, eight-frame animations at 256px and cost 6 credits. Generation usually takes a few minutes, with longer waits during busy periods or quality retries. Failed generations are refunded.
